Yes, I am currently accepting new clients. Booking a free 15 minute consultation here is the best way to get started.

For those using their out-of-network benefits, my fees are $245 for individual sessions, and $350 for couples and family sessions.
I provide superbills at the end of each month for you to send to your insurance for potential reimbursement. I use SimplePractice which streamlines intake, billing & communication.

I offer a free 15 minute video or phone consultation before our first session. During our consultation, we’ll explore what works best for you.

The initial consultation is a brief, relaxed opportunity for us to get to know one another and see whether working together feels like a good fit. We’ll talk about what brings you to therapy, what you’re hoping to work on, and what you’re looking for in a therapist.
I’ll also share a little about my approach to therapy and answer any questions you may have about the process, including what sessions are like, scheduling, and next steps.
You don’t need to have everything figured out before the call. You’re welcome to share as much or as little as feels comfortable. The goal is simply to have a conversation, get a sense of whether my approach feels right for you, and determine whether we might be a good fit to work together.
There’s no pressure or obligation to continue after the consultation. If I’m not the right therapist for your needs, I’m happy to help point you toward other resources or clinicians who may be a better fit.
I use a secure booking system for setting up this and all sessions using an online client portal called Simple Practice.

I want to honor what feels good for you and offer flexibility in frequency of scheduling.
However, I do recommend that we meet weekly as we begin, to establish our relationship and set a strong foundation for our work together toward your healing.

In-person sessions are held at our office, conveniently located at the nexus of Noe Valley, Bernal Heights, and the Mission District in San Francisco.
Additionally, Telehealth sessions are offered via a secure client portal.

I require at least 24 hours’ notice for all cancellations or rescheduling requests. This allows me time to accommodate schedule changes and offer the appointment to others who may be waiting for an available time. If you arrive 15 or more minutes late without prior communication, the appointment will be considered a “no-show,” and the full session fee will be charged.
I am flexible and understanding of life’s unexpected turns, so we can talk about cancellations when they happen.
